For this living room, designed and supplied by Tracey McKay Design, we created a space that feels both elegant and inviting. The design features paint-effect panelling finished with Porter’s Paints, complemented by bespoke woodwork detailing, premium fabrics, and carefully selected furniture pieces to add warmth, texture, and balance to the room.
What makes this project stand out is how it evolved from concept to completion. We began by developing a 3D AI-powered visual mockup, allowing the client to see a lifelike representation of how the room would look once completed. This step is a game-changer for our design process — it gives clients the ability to visualise their space before any physical changes are made, ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with their preferences and expectations.
After viewing the mockup, the client confidently chose our recommendations, trusting the design vision we presented. Once the transformation was complete, the finished room matched the digital preview almost identically — proof of how effective this technology can be in bridging imagination and reality.
